QUOTE OF THE DAY
"One night, we were sleeping and my wife suddenly woke me up with a
shout. She said there was this monk-like figure with a candle in his
hand. She was in bed, next to me. I didn't see him but I was s***
scared. We've spoken to neighbours, and they said this was normal.
Perhaps it's black magic, I don't know. But some weird things were
definitely going on" - Arsenal goalkeeper Manuel Almunia reveals that
he lives in a haunted house, which is apparently built on the site of
an ancient Indi ... sorry, psychiatric hospital.

Jens Lehmann will exchange his spectral-monk-with-candlestick costume

Keep the Fiver highlights coming.
The Guardian has some great writers, and I sometimes listen to their twice-weekly podcasts. Barry Glendenning, who writes for the Fiver, occasionally chimes in during the podcasts, and some of his comments are really funny.
I get both daily newsletter from the Times and the Guardian. I've listened to football podcasts from both and I must admit that the Guardian podcast is by far the better one. They fill it with lively discussions by witty football writers by injecting a lot of humor. They sound like they don't take themselves too seriously (or as seriously as the Times guys).
