I'd want to see Sneijder, Robben, Iniesta, Cesc, and Senna in my midfield.
Villa and Torres up front. Podolski really faded in the last game or two.
Lahm was beaten badly on multiple occassions, but that winner against Turkey was out of this world, so he's in there.
Definitely Sergio Ramos.
Maybe Gio van Bronkhorst to round out the back three.

Casillas in goal.

Villa Torres
Cesc
Robben Sneijder Iniesta
Senna
Gio Ramos Lahm
Casillas

Your standard 3-1-3-1-2.

Disclaimer: I caught a lot of Spain and Holland games.

I've got blisters on my fingers

If that's just a random line from the Beatles, I'd counter with, "I need a fix 'cause I'm goin' down."

Otherwise, according to WebMD, when the blisters break, "Apply an antibiotic ointment, such as bacitracin or polysporin, and a sterile bandage, such as a Band-Aid. Do not use rubbing alcohol, hydrogen peroxide, iodine, or mercurochrome on the blister. They can harm the tissue and slow healing."
